What makes you lose your temper?
Four me it’s queueing for someone to answer the phone. Today I got to number two in the waiting list. How much about to celebrate when the same voice to me I was now third in the queue. I now need a new telephone.

It makes me laugh (NOT) when you are in a phone queue and you wait till you get to number 1 then a robotic voice asks you if you do not wish to wait press number 1 and you will get a call back without losing your place in the queue Why not have this when you are number ten in the queue not wait till you are next in the queue

very annoying new technology you wait ages then some body say if you need to speak to an operator you can as soon as they are free.

Pig ignorant drivers sitting in the middle lane on the motorway for mile after mile at 68mph with nothing in the first lane and a queue building up behind trying to get past.

I tend not to lose my temper these days as I can't afford to, but the queuing on the phone can be very annoying.
A while ago, I tried phoning my surgery to book an appointment. They close their lines at 6.30 so I started to dial at 6.15.
Immediately I was informed that I was "number two, in the queue." I held on and held on, and at 6.30 I was still number two, in the queue. I left it another five minutes, and the same message kept repeating, so I gave up and emailed instead.
I got my appointment that way, and told them what had happened, which was ridiculous. I'll never try phoning again.
